Bespoke Canopies

In the event that one of the types of canopy will not suit the look or shape of your premises we can design and manufacture a bespoke canopy for you. This could include canopies manufactured in particular shapes for architectural or aesthetics reasons, canopies clad in different materials for aesthetics reasons or perhaps if there is a beam or other structural element of a building in the cookline we can have a canopy notched or checked to fit around it.

This is the standard type of canopy, which is manufactured in our own factory and has a polish stainless steel finish.  It comes complete with a grease channel and collection tray and a filter channel with an extraction plenum to house whatever filters you select.

UV and UVC canopy is suitable for wall, ceiling or island configuration and can have capture vent technology added.  The canopy includes an integral UV section to neutralise cooking odours.

The Capture Vent ECO is a cooking fume extraction hood for use in commercial/ industrial kitchens.  The new design will help to contain the cooking fumes beneath the canopy for a longer period of time, allowing the ventilation system to operate at a slower and more economical rate.  It is intended to be integrated with the client’s ventilation system fans and ducting.

Our Recirc Canopy is ideal for any spaces where an duct route to outside is not possible.  Our canopy is able to extract the kitchen fumes, grease and odour through our specially designed recirculation system and return clean air back into the kitchen.  Please contact us to find out if this is a suitable option for you.
